Data Deletion

You can have your Club Predict account and all personal data connected to it deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Club Predict account", from the email address your account is registered with (or mention that address in the email).

We verify the request belongs to you and delete the account within 30 days — usually much sooner. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account: name, email address, password hash, avatar, and any linked Facebook, Google, or Apple sign-in identifiers.
Your predictions, points, and leaderboard entries.
Your group memberships. Groups you own are deleted, or you can ask us to transfer ownership to another member first.

What may remain

Aggregated, anonymous statistics that no longer identify you.
Short-lived server logs, which rotate out automatically.

If you signed in with Facebook, Google, or Apple

Deleting your Club Predict account removes the connection and identifiers on our side. You can additionally remove Club Predict from your account at the provider (e.g. Facebook's Settings → Apps and Websites), which revokes our access entirely.
