Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Club Predict — the website at clubpredict.com and the Club Predict mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Club Predict is a football prediction game. You join or create private groups tied to a club, predict match scores before they lock (one hour before kickoff), and earn points over a season: 3 points for an exact score, 1 point for the correct result. It's a game between friends — no gambling, no stakes, no prizes from us. Any side bets within your group are your own business and your own responsibility.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old.
Give accurate account information and keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens through your account.
One person, one account.

Fair play and conduct

Don't harass other players, and keep group names, descriptions, and images free of anything unlawful, hateful, or infringing.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other people's data, scrape the service, or abuse the API beyond normal app usage.
Group owners can manage their groups; we may remove content or accounts that break these rules, with notice where reasonable.

Match data

Fixtures, results, and scheduling come from third-party sources (football-data.org). We do our best to keep them accurate and timely, but we can't guarantee them — postponed or corrected matches are settled based on the data we receive. Point calculations made in error may be corrected.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you add (like group images). You give us the licence needed to store and display it to your group as part of running the service.

Availability and changes

Club Predict is provided free of charge, "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what mandatory law requires — which for a free game is essentially that we owe you our reasonable best efforts, not damages for lost predictions or bragging rights.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using Club Predict at any time and have your account deleted. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Danish law. Questions go to [email protected]. If we change these terms materially, we'll update this page and the date above.
